What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary advisor for key clients, providing day-to-day support and long-term benefit strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and brokers to ensure seamless service and drive client retention
- Lead enrollment initiatives, identify cross-sell opportunities, and deliver results to grow premium and reduce costs
- Provide expertise in plan design and contracts, while training brokers and utilizing Salesforce for tracking
- Mentor new team members and strengthen long-term client relationships to enhance satisfaction and growth

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience with 3+ years in group benefits account management or 5+ years in client services
- Strong knowledge of group insurance products, systems, and distribution channels
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present effectively and resolve conflicts
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing compliance and supporting benefits administration needs
- State Life, Accident, and Health license for all states within the office’s assigned territory or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

- Ability to travel up to 30-35%
