Job summary

Goodway Group, Inc. is seeking a day-to-day Client Manager for a full-time remote role who will ensure service delivery integrity across assigned accounts, translating strategies into actionable steps and monitoring campaign progress.

You will own client relationships, manage deliverables and timelines, identify delivery risks early, and maintain proactive client communications while guiding internal teams toward timely results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of client services, account management, or project management in an agency or marketing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with competing timelines and dependencies.
• Experience translating strategic direction into actionable deliverables for internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escrow delivery risks early.
• Experience mentoring junior team members is preferred.
