IMA Financial Group is seeking a Client Executive in Chicago to provide strategic oversight for mid-to-large, high-revenue clients, delivering consultative benefits strategy and lifecycle management. You will partner with Producers, support business development, and mentor operational teams to optimize client programs and outcomes.

The Client Executive provides strategic oversight for mid‑to‑large, high‑revenue clientsrequiringconsultative benefits strategy and advanced lifecycle management. This role partners closely with Producers, supports business development, andmentorsoperational teams whileoptimizingclient programs and outcomes.
Book of Business: Managing or oversight of a strategic book of medium-to-large clients with moderate-to-high revenue value, typically self-funded with customized plansthatrequireconsultative engagement and customized benefit strategies.
Leadsadvanced client lifecycle management, including contract negotiation, escalated issue resolution, and program optimization.
Supports prospecting efforts and collaborate with Producers on strategic growth initiatives.
Builds andmaintainsstrongcarrierrelationships to deliveroptimalclient outcomes.
Develops budgets and ROI models for benefits programs.
Coaches,mentors, and guides across Client Managers and peers.
