Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency invites students to apply for the Client Management Internship for Summer 2027. The program offers real-world business, risk management and insurance experience, with mentorship, national webinars, and opportunities to build client relationships.

Qualifications

• Commitment to developing a career in client management
• Strong interest in the Insurance Industry
• Rising Senior/4th year undergraduate student
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
• Post-graduate geographic desires within the Mid-Atlantic Region

Responsibilities

• Work directly with client management teams to learn the basics of Marsh Agency's world-class service program while supporting actual clients.
• Attend and contribute during the entire program period.
• Develop professional skills through series of national webinars and networking with mentors and managers.

You’ll also develop professional skills that will serve you the rest of your career. Marsh Agency’s internship program gives students the chance to find their interest and place in the insurance industry. Marsh Agency’s goal is to provide our interns with insight into all areas of the insurance industry and act as a springboard into full-time careers in the role you desire.

The applicable hourly rate for this role is $20/hour.
