Job summary

Marsh Agency in Charlotte, NC, offers a Summer 2027 Environmental Consulting and Risk Management Internship designed to translate classroom knowledge into real client work. The program emphasizes hands-on projects and professional development within a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.

Interns will collaborate with Marsh Agency scientists and engineers, participate in national webinars, and build a strong professional network while learning the Marsh McLennan approach to risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or similar field required
• Initiative to apply science and engineering principles to solve problems
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship

Marsh Agency’s internship is a comprehensive program that will provide students with real world business, and environmental risk management experience.Apply the concepts you’ve learned in the classroom through hands on project work and client interaction. You’ll also develop professional skills that will serve you the rest of your career. What We Need from You!

• Commitment to developing a career in environmental consulting
• Strong interest in the Environmental Risk Management Industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or similar field of study required or equivalent industry experience
• Initiative to apply science and engineering principles to solve problems
• Rising Senior/4th year undergraduate student
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
• _ Post-graduate geographic desires within the Mid-Atlantic Region _

Attendance throughout the entire program period is required.
