Job description

Overview

eTeam is looking for a new candidate to manage a large existing account in Nashville. This person will oversee all operations as they pertain to high volume staffing, and will work onsite about half of the time, with the other half being remote.

The Client Liaison is the account's operational owner, accountable for service execution, issue prevention, and operational discipline across all client facilities. This role centralizes accountability, reduces costs, protects revenue, and frees senior leadership to focus on strategic growth and client relationships rather than operational follow-ups.

Serving as the primary point of contact for operational escalations and contract employee issues, the Client Liaison ensures problems are addressed proactively and efficiently, maintaining consistency and accountability across all sites. This dedicated operational leadership reinforces client trust, ensures operational continuity, and demonstrates the company’s commitment to client success.

Single Point of Contact All operational matters—including escalations, contractor inquiries, and service issues—flow through one accountable leader. This eliminates confusion, speeds decision-making, reduces delays, and ensures timely issue resolution.

Proactive Risk Management: Continuously monitors account activities to identify potential operational, staffing, or service risks before they escalate. Early intervention minimizes disruptions, prevents recurring issues, and maintains a stable, predictable operational environment.

Leadership Time Leverage: By handling day-to-day operations and filtering issues that require escalation, this role allows senior leadership to focus on strategic priorities such as business development, client engagement, and revenue growth.

Client Commitment: A dedicated operational leader demonstrates a commitment to the client’s success. This role ensures responsiveness, reliability, and high operational standards, strengthening trust and reinforcing long-term partnership.

Why This Role Is Required:

  • Prevents costly operational disruptions through early identification and resolution of issues.
  • Provides a single accountable owner for operational, billing, and service responsibilities.
  • Reduces leadership and shared-service time spent on account cleanup.
  • Improves billing accuracy, reduces rework, and stabilizes operations.
  • Protects revenue and margin while enabling business growth.
Role Accountabilities
  • Operational Ownership: Day-to-day execution and service consistency
  • Multi-facility operational visibility
  • Escalation of ownership and resolution
  • Early identification of staffing, service, and execution risks
  • Prevention of recurring operational failures
  • SPOC & Account Hygiene: Managing contractor and employee operational questions
  • Billing, documentation, and follow-through
  • Issue tracking and closure
  • Leadership Support: Absorbs operational noise, escalating only exceptions to senior leaders
Measures of Success
  • Reduced escalations and unresolved issues
  • Reclaimed leadership time
  • Improved accuracy and reduced rework
  • Faster issue resolution and higher first-contact resolution. Stable and predictable operations across all facilities.
