Job summary

Centre Technologies is seeking an IT Manager - vCIO to align technology with clients' business goals and drive retention.

You will lead client meetings, coordinate with our service delivery teams, and craft strategic IT plans and budgets. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment across Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Proven experience working with Executive-level clients.
• A solid understanding of business operations and budgeting.
• Experience in designing or scoping projects.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Customer Service-oriented mindset with a passion for serving others

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead Quarterly Technology Business Review (TBR) meetings with clients.
• Create reports and agendas for client meetings.
• Make recommendations for new technology solutions during TBRs and as-needed.
• Client account management and relationship building.
• Research IT solutions or frameworks for industry segments.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Service Delivery teams to develop solutions.
• Create and update partner technology roadmaps and budgets with Operations team.
• Understand client business needs and develop technical or process-based solutions.
• Conduct monthly check-in calls with clients.
• Review client technology health and service activities.
• Suggest future technology improvements to customers.
• Work with sales to develop proposals for customers.
• Review client agreement performance and renewal terms
