Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing of potential client inquiries by coordinating case assessment and intake steps by Firm attorneys.
• Serve as a client-service ambassador, ensuring that potential clients receive exceptional service from all Firm stakeholders.
• Manage the Firm's client intake database.
• Handle case evaluation and case selection at scale.
• Identify trends and opportunities in the Firm's client intake function, tracking processing times, outcomes, and opportunities for client-service improvement.
• Perform related tasks as needed.
