Job summary

First MainStreet Insurance, a TrueNorth affiliate, is seeking an Account Manager in Osage, IA. You will maintain relationships with clients, manage a book of accounts, and work to retain and expand coverage as needed.

The role emphasizes strong communication, industry knowledge, and proactive risk management to protect clients’ interests while collaborating with a High-Performance Team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service and/or customer relationship management.
• Desire to obtain license as required within 30 days of hire, if not currently licensed.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain client relationships by managing a book of business that may or may not have Risk Advisor or Account Specialist support.
• regular communication with accounts to address concerns, gather feedback and identify opportunities for growth.
