Job summary

SPINS in Chicago, IL seeks a Senior Analyst, Client Insights to partner with clients, identify growth opportunities, and deliver strategic analyses using SPINS assets and client data.

This role requires experience with syndicated data, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work options apply; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with a CPG company, consulting, market research, or syndicated data.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with syndicated data services.

Responsibilities

• Account management: discover and understand client needs, identify, and prioritize projects and requests, and establish insights agenda with the client.
• Data & Insights Delivery: deliver against insights agenda through relevant projects.
• Client Training: coordinate, facilitate and/or conduct client training on SPINS data and applications, ensuring they are able to effectively use, interpret, and apply them to their business.
• Relationship Building: cultivate existing and new relationships across the client’s organization.
• Business Development: using a deep understanding of the client’s goals, raise SPINS solutions that may solve their problems.
