Job Summary

A Client Implementation Analyst is responsible for the electronic setup, testing, and go-live of IT projects involving Client Claims Processing, received via EDI or Web Services. The role involves end-to-end implementation of new and existing workflows, acting as a subject matter expert for internal initiatives on revenue and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage client requests to access and customize Claritev Products using EDI and Web Services workflows.
• Understand client needs, research current setups, design solutions, communicate timelines and risks, implement and validate solutions, perform testing, and enable production deployment.
• Monitor and report on client implementations, act as liaison between business and technical teams, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in implementation meetings, provide HIPAA guidance, ensure system setup, conduct testing, and analyze processes for improvements.
• Manage requests and incidents, build monitoring requirements, communicate system status, support ad hoc client requests, and partner with IT teams for enhancements.
• Report on implementation success, perform data analysis, identify gaps, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Document procedures, contribute to knowledge base, present findings, support team and manager, and assist in deployment activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma with 4 years of experience.
• At least 3 years in a technical support or applications support role.
• Knowledge of Healthcare IT claims processing, EDI, Web Services/XML, HIPAA EDI 5010 X12 Transactions, SQL, and related tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple requests, and understand healthcare business systems and networks.
