Job summary

Greenspring Medical Aesthetics seeks an entry‑level Client Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth through lead management, client engagement, and strategic promotions. You will primarily handle phone outreach, educate clients on skincare options, and support multiple clinics within the platform.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, accountability, and measurable results in a fast-paced, in-office environment with 90–95% phone activity.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or sales environment.
Experience with outbound calling, appointment setting, or lead follow-up preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Comfortable discussing wellness, skincare, and cosmetic procedures.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated point of contact for new inbound leads and proactive follow-up.
Reach out to prospective clients via phone, text, and email to nurture interest and schedule consultations.
Educate clients on treatment options, promotions, and memberships.
Meet or exceed outreach activity benchmarks set by the Client Growth Manager.
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM/EMR system and track next steps.
