Job summary

KINESSO, a technology-driven performance marketing agency, seeks a Manager for the Addressable Activation department in New York. You will own client assignments, optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, and escalate complex setup issues.

Mentor junior staff, collaborate with partners, and drive data-informed growth. Strong ad tech and analytics background plus excellent communication are required to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create new business relationships and solutions.
• Experience building and mentoring teams and navigating stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of ad tech platforms and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Owns execution and day-to-day management of client assignments.
• Leads vendor strategy; selects and scopes vendors.
• Oversees junior team members; defines campaign optimization parameters.
• Develops reporting dashboards with clean, actionable client insights.
• Identifies and delivers new addressable solutions for growth.
• Supervises team performance and progress across one or more accounts.
• Solves ongoing or complex problems using industry knowledge.
