Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote products and services to meet those needs.
• Establish and follow up with customer relationships as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, billing questions.
