Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a bank setting is preferred.
• Two years of cash handling and two years of customer service experience are required.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on River Bank’s products and tailor recommendations.
• Refer investment needs to Financial Advisor as appropriate.
• Follow deposit account procedures to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain privacy of customer information at all times.
• Assist Tellers on frontline as needed.
• Support Branch Manager with training and mentoring as needed.
