Centier is seeking a Universal Banker (Bank Teller) to be the front-line client ambassador, understanding client transaction needs and explaining options. You will educate clients, retain and deepen relationships, and promote value-added banking products and services while supporting branch operations.

You will handle standard teller duties, ensure accurate cash handling, and contribute to sales initiatives, with a focus on exceptional service and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest levels of quality service to clients in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Establish rapport with clients, identify their needs, explain solutions, and present options.
• Promote and advise on the bank's products, services and digital channels.
• Perform basic teller transactions and verify cash handling.
• Maintain cash drawers and balance daily; investigate discrepancies.
• Comply with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and report suspicious activity.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and handle problems promptly.
• Assist in onboarding clients and following up on sales opportunities.
