Summary

Our team is looking for personable, organized, and service-driven individuals to join us as Client-Focused Travel Advisors. This remote opportunity centers on building strong client relationships while assisting travelers with vacation planning, travel research, and trip coordination.

As part of our team, you'll work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, recommend suitable options, and help organize memorable journeys ranging from weekend escapes and cruises to all-inclusive resorts and international adventures.

No previous travel industry experience is necessary. We provide training, educational resources, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed for success.

Responsibilities

Connect with clients to learn about their vacation interests, goals, and travel preferences
Research destinations, accommodations, cruise vacations, guided tours, and leisure travel experiences
Present personalized travel recommendations based on client needs and budget considerations
Assist with arranging travel services through approved supplier and booking platforms
Guide clients through the planning process and answer travel-related questions
Monitor reservation details and itinerary information to support a smooth travel experience
Maintain accurate client records and documentation within online systems
Stay informed about destination highlights, supplier programs, and seasonal promotions
Participate in virtual training sessions and professional development activities
