Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Teller to join our Alameda Branch who can work Flat 30 hours per week with open availability and flexibility, Monday-Saturday.

As a Teller, you are the member’s first contact and a trusted financial resource for routine transactions. You will use a consultative approach to educate and fulfill member needs, referring to specialists when necessary, while supporting vault cash duties and branch operations.

Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• High school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process member financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Handle cash, transfers, loan/credit card payments.
• Assist members with needs-based guidance and refer to specialists as needed.
• Support branch operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training and development of new tellers.
