Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Teller for our Sonoma Branch. This role offers flat 20 hours per week with open availability and Monday–Saturday shifts. You will be the first point of contact for members, handling routine financial transactions with exceptional service.
You will assess member needs, educate on available products, and refer to specialized departments as needed. Previous banking experience is preferred, and high school education is required.

If you are looking for an opportunity to join our team, our Teller role might be right for you. As a Teller at Nusenda, you are the member’s first point of contact. You will be a trusted financial resource to existing and potential members by assisting with routine financial transactions at an exceptional service level.You will use a consultative approach to evaluate, educate, and fulfill member financial needs, referring members to specialized departments when necessary.
What you'll do:
Financial transactions include, but are not limited to, cash, negotiable instruments, account transfers, and loan/credit card payments.
Assist in a variety of tasks to ensure efficient office operations including opening and closing procedures.
Assist management with training and development of new and existing tellers.
What you'll need:
Equivalent to a high school education.
