Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, cashier's checks, fund transfers and sell gift cards.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy within transaction limits.
• Provide solution-based banking services and products based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate to management as needed.
• Open and close branch as schedule requires.
