Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients at the Silverton branch. You will carry out teller transactions with precision, support daily branch tasks, and look for opportunities to introduce bank products and services.

In this role you will deepen client relationships, maintain confidentiality, and comply with bank policies and regulations. Onsite work at 315 E Main Street in Silverton ensures close collaboration with the branch team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Build relationships with clients and identify opportunities to offer bank products and services.
• Mitigate risk by safeguarding cash and funds; balance cash drawer and process deposits/withdrawals.
• Refer basic banking products to the appropriate business partners as part of branch goals.
