Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a cash handling role preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, and other transactions.
• Answer clients' questions in person and by phone.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to bankers.
• Record activities and referrals in 360View.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and reconcile currency.
• Protect client information and follow security procedures.
• Participate in training and support team members.
