Texana Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to develop client relationships and guide applicants through the loan process. You will originate residential mortgage loans, assess borrower needs, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and collaboration with internal teams to close loans efficiently.

This position is Full-Time or Part-Time, hourly non-exempt, based in Keller, TX with opportunities to grow in Mortgage Sales.

Formación

• High school diploma or better; college coursework preferred.
• Active NMLS license as required by regulations.
• Experience in mortgage lending or financial services preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Originate mortgage loans in line with guidelines and regulations.
• Conduct borrower interviews to gather financial information.
• Evaluate documents to determine loan programs.
• Educate clients on loan products, terms, and procedures.
• Submit applications to processing, underwriting, and approval.
