Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication with ability to tailor product benefits.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses or enroll in JPMorganChase licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and meet client needs, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
