Job summary

Responsibilities include risk management, documentation, reporting, and using Salesforce and other PM tools to track progress. 3+ years of PM experience in professional services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Manage project scope and document/approve changes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and communicate project status.
• Draft and format project documents, reports, and presentations.
• Manage tasks, deadlines, and resources in project management systems (Salesforce, M-Files, Sierra Live).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met.
• Provide overflow support to Project Coordinators when needed.
