Job summary

American Momentum Bank is seeking a Senior Teller in Monahans, TX to handle daily credit and debit transactions and deliver exceptional customer service. You will maintain cash supply, balance records, and refer clients to relevant bank services.

Responsibilities include processing deposits/withdrawals, promoting bank products, and assisting in opening/closing procedures while upholding security policies.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• 3+ years teller experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bank products, services, policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with personal computers and other business equipment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greets clients within the banking center.
• Provides efficient and courteous customer service; handles inquiries and cash services, promotes bank products.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments; sells cashier’s checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, etc.
• Maintains accurate records of transactions and related paperwork in compliance with bank policies.
• Ensures sufficient cash in vault and teller stations to meet client demand.
• Supports currency transactions, safe deposit, cash box, CTRs, and ATM operations.
• Assists in opening/closing procedures and maintaining security measures.
• Promotes cross-selling opportunities and refers clients to appropriate areas of the bank.
