Qualifications

• Minimum frontline banking or equivalent experience.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience; 1–2 years in financial services; or equivalent with basic accounting/finance knowledge.
• Completion of FHB training in retail lending, deposit products, and general branch operations within 6–12 months from hire.

Responsibilities

• Consult with portfolio clients via needs-based financial planning conversations.
• Act as the customer’s trusted advisor addressing financial needs using bank products and partners.
• Focus on retention and growth of the Personal Banker portfolio.
• Support branch operations as needed.
