Job summary

Navitas Business Consulting, Inc. seeks a Program Analyst to support planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of IT projects across the United States. You will work with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery.

You will analyze program data, track schedules and deliverables, identify risks, and prepare reports and documentation for management. Travel to client locations may be required with expenses paid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting IT programs, technology implementations, business analysis, project coordination activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate program data, identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Experience preparing requirements, project documentation, status reports, presentations, process documentation, and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program requirements, business processes, operational needs, and project objectives to support successful implementation of client IT initiatives.
• Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and client representatives to track project activities, deliverables, schedules, and milestones.
• Collect, analyze, and document program data, performance metrics, risks, issues, and status information to support management decision-making.
• Prepare program documentation, status reports, presentations, meeting materials, process workflows, and other project-related deliverables.
• Support implementation, testing, deployment, and operational activities at client locations while ensuring project requirements and quality standards are met.
• Travel or relocate to various unanticipated client locations throughout the United States based on project requirements, with applicable expenses paid by the employer.
