State Farm Agent team member position in Cumming, GA seeks an outgoing, career-oriented professional to build relationships and promote auto, home and life insurance. You will educate customers using a needs-based process, develop leads, schedule appointments and identify customer needs while meeting sales goals.

The role offers salary plus commission/bonus, profit sharing and paid time off, with growth potential within the agency. On-site work schedule Monday–Friday, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and a proven track record of meeting goals/quotas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• People-oriented, self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to multitask.
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
• Property and Casualty license must be obtainable; Life and Health license must be obtainable.

Responsibilities
