Job summary

CAC Group, part of The Baldwin Group, is a leading insurance broker and advisor. The Associate Account Executive provides support to the Private Equity Property & Casualty team’s book of business, including the marketing process for new and renewal business and backup for Account Manager responsibilities.

The role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and manages the renewal process, new business preparation, and ongoing service, in collaboration with the Client Adviser, Producers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong multitasking & time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products; (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team preparation for renewal and new business meetings.
• Lead client meetings, with support of product line specialists, advisors, and senior colleagues.
• Participate in prospect meetings, as required.
• Interpret and summarize claims data.
• Prepare renewal submissions for marketing; send and process complete renewal submissions and follow up for carrier quotes in response.
• Analyze quotes for accuracy and prepare relevant comparative analysis of all quotes received for presentation to clients.
