Qualifications

• Current required licenses: Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65 and passing 66 later).
• 1+ year experience in investments or financial services and/or sales with meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong client service mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Able to navigate fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on needs and assets.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
