Job summary

The position involves licensing requirements and SAFE Act registration for residential mortgage loan origination, with background checks and ongoing compliance.

Primary duties include triaging client leads, meeting with clients to review goals, and referring to business partners.

Qualifications

• Requires Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63 and 65 in lieu of 66)
• Minimum 1 year in investments industry with knowledge of investment products/services
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with target achievement
• Ability to set and achieve goals, build relationships, and work with clients
• Strong collaboration and communication, multitasking in fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday and rotating Saturdays
• Proactive regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long-term client strategies

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal service providers based on needs and assets
• Mitigate and manage risk in daily activities
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and services offered
