Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a financial client advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients reach financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to partners, meet with clients to review goals, build a financial plan, and promote brokerage products.

The role requires required licenses and training, and complies with SAFE Act registration for mortgage originations. Training at a financial center may be followed by phone-based work until a location is determined.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• At least one year experience in investments.
• Experience in financial services or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Strong goal orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Regulatory due diligence awareness and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities) and banking/managed solutions.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product/services knowledge.
