Benjamin F. Edwards is seeking a Financial Client Associate to support Financial Advisors and clients with timely, accurate service. You will help open and maintain accounts, coordinate communications, and prepare client reports to drive trust and relationships.

The role emphasizes strong Microsoft Office, CRM usage (Salesforce, Orion), and planning software like MoneyGuidePro while delivering exceptional client service in a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year in client services, preferably within the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and provide high-level support; respond to inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist Advisors with opening new accounts and sending required documents to clients.
• Research and resolve account problems; identify errors and relay correct information to clients.
• Create, prepare and review daily client reports and presentations for client meetings and advisors; maintain client notes and follow-up actions.
• Assist in financial planning by entering client data in MoneyGuidePro and guiding clients through setup and review options.
• Schedule client meetings, organize documents, and coordinate calendar events; support mailing and client requests.
• Act as liaison between Branch and Home Office for projects, technology needs, and outside vendors.
• Assist Advisors with prospecting new clients through mailings and seminars.
• Follow firm policies and regulatory guidelines; maintain files and perform other duties as assigned.
