You will work with a home-office and regional team, leveraging a century of history to help clients reach retirement, wealth, and education goals while balancing personal and professional life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services and/or sales experience required.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 7 and 66; FINRA registrations within three months; state licenses may be required.
• Ongoing regulatory trainings and CE as required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing (residential, business, networking, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
• Understand clients' needs to create personalized, comprehensive financial plans to help them reach goals.
• Oversee branch processes and roles to ensure high-quality client experience and compliance with firm policies.
• Engage branch team to develop, monitor and adjust the branch business plan for effectiveness and results.
• Create an engaging branch environment based on mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability.

Education
