Job summary

LSC in Fort Mill, SC is seeking an Hospitality Events Logistics Coordinator to plan and execute post-booking event operations at Greenway venues. You will be the main liaison for clients, translating visions into detailed event plans and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

You will manage BEOs, floor plans, tastings, and walkthroughs, ensuring safety, schedules, and flawless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality operations, or venue management.
• Strong client-facing and customer service experience required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating or managing BEOs and event documentation preferred.
• Familiarity with floor plan software or event management systems preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, AED certifications; training will be provided.
• Valid Driver's License with a safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients after booking through event execution.
• Create, update, and finalize detailed floor plans based on client specifications and venue capabilities.
• Coordinate tastings and walkthroughs; document final decisions and updates in BEOs.
• Coordinate all event logistics including tables, chairs, linens, decor, AV, catering equipment, and rentals.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external vendors; communicate delivery times and access instructions.
• Clearly communicate event details, BEOs, and floor plans to internal departments; participate in pre-event meetings.
• Support pre-event walkthroughs, troubleshoot issues during events, and coordinate post-event debriefs.
• Maintain complete event files and production schedules; assist with ordering event supplies.
