Job summary

AlphaStaffHCM client seeks a Landscape Maintenance Manager to lead commercial landscape services across properties in the Austin market. You will supervise crews, inspect sites, and communicate directly with clients to ensure quality and growth.

You will manage multifamily, banks, and office properties, coordinate with field teams, present bids, and ensure timely maintenance such as mowing, pruning and upkeep while driving client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
• Strong knowledge of commercial landscaping operations.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
• Clear communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple properties and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial landscape maintenance clients in the Austin market.
• Conduct routine site visits and inspections to ensure contract services are met.
• Coordinate with field crews and ensure quality standards are upheld.
• Communicate client requests and service expectations to crews.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and account growth.
• Prepare and present bids for additional work and enhancements.
• Resolve client concerns to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
• Document site conditions, photos, and service notes in internal systems.
• Ensure service commitments are executed efficiently and on schedule.
