Formación

• 5–6 years of experience in a professional office, legal, medical, or corporate services environment (not retail or entry‑level).
• Demonstrated stable and progressive work history with long‑term performance.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Strong integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
• Teamwork, reliability, and accountability in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes, priorities, and business needs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with poise to interact with attorneys, medical experts, and senior leaders.
