Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 1+ years of retail banking and/or sales experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person or over the phone to meet financial needs through needs-based conversations and sales fulfillment.
• Listen actively, understand needs, and recommend products/services to meet sales and service goals.
• Educate customers on retail products and digital solutions to improve the customer experience.
• Ensure transactions are accurate and compliant with policies and regulations.
• Refer complex financial needs to bank specialists when appropriate.
• Respond to customer calls with real-time solutions for account management and online banking.
• Use CRM systems to track and resolve customer issues and maintain records.
• Authenticate callers to protect customers and the bank from fraud.
