Responsibilities

• Assist customers with routine account-related requests such as funds transfer, deposits, and ATM/debit card questions.
• Research and resolve customer problems, acting as liaison between departments.
• Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs.
• Audit and reconcile cash drawers, including ATM and vault.
• Assist customers with internet and online banking issues.
• Support Bank Officers as needed.
• Follow BSA/AML/OFAC policies.
