Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience working with customers (volunteering, education, military experience acceptable).
• Demonstrated customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience preferred; complete Teller and platform training on hire.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, concise and clear; strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of banking tasks across a store location, including transactions, opening new accounts and educating customers on TD products.
• Provide end-to-end advice and proactive recommendations to build trust with customers.
• Engage customers to promote TD products and services and refer to appropriate teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, training, and regulatory requirements.
