Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Dallas seeks a Relationship Banker to represent our brand at the branch with hospitality and tailored financial solutions.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, leveraging knowledge of banking products to simplify clients’ financial lives. The role requires 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking, compliance with regulatory requirements, and licenses (SIE/Series 6 or equivalent).

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to operate within risk parameters and comply with banking regulations and training requirements.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained if not already held.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Proactively manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor recommendations to their financial needs.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust and understand client goals.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, procedures, and collaborate with specialists to address complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
