Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Part Time (20 hour) Associate Banker to join our Taylor Rd branch, located at 2710 Taylor Rd.

You will deliver friendly service, greet clients, open accounts, and promote banking solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals. You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on mobile and online tools, and work with branch teammates to ensure accurate service and compliance.

Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and queue.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, maintaining them, and opening new accounts while following policies.
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
Perform branch operations, including cash devices, in compliance with bank policies.
