Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage lobby flow using a tablet and queue system.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and procedures.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital channels (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to meet goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices per bank policies.
