Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment in the branch.
• Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure policy compliance.
• Educate clients on digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with procedures.
