Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in sales, business development or client relationship management
• Self-motivated with goal-oriented performance
• Clear, confident communication for client conversations
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66 and state licenses within 3 months; licenses sponsored by Edward Jones
• Comfort using financial planning software and digital engagement tools

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships with discovery conversations and personalized financial plans
• Support comprehensive financial planning through analysis and modeling
• Guide portfolio strategy and investments in alignment with client goals
• Partner with advisors and team to deliver ongoing financial planning and reviews
• Contribute to client and practice growth through outreach and community engagement
