Job summary

Edward Jones in Wisconsin is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to partner with one or more financial advisors and client support teammates to deliver personalized financial strategies and exceptional client service.

You will help build and maintain client relationships, source new clients, and contribute to the practice’s growth while pursuing required licenses within three months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services, sales, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
• Clear, confident communication and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state licenses within three months; licenses sponsored by Edward Jones.
• Comfort learning financial planning software and digital engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by supporting discovery conversations and gathering key financial information.
• Support comprehensive financial planning by preparing analysis and modeling scenarios.
• Guide portfolio strategy by researching performance, allocation, and costs; prepare proposals.
• Partner with the advisor and team to deliver ongoing financial planning and reviews.
• Contribute to growth through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
