Responsabilités

• Review company-issued new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing, and endorsements
• Assist clients with loss claims and follow up as needed per workflow
• Make pre-renewal calls to clients and educate them as needed
• Obtain information requested by the insurance carrier underwriter
• Prepare Auto ID cards, Evidence of Property, Summary of Insurance, and Binders
