Qualifications

• Excellent customer service on inbound/outbound calls and written communications.
• Ability to switch gears and meet critical cut-off times or spikes in volume.
• Proven accuracy in processing transfer requests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Process transfer paperwork and review assets for transferability.
• Communicate with clients, business partners, and other financial institutions.
• Operate with multiple systems in a dual-monitor setup and maintain data integrity.
