Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an Operational Associate in our Asset Transfer Services (ATS) department in Omaha. You will handle inbound/outbound transfer requests, review assets, and communicate with clients and partners.
This is a client-facing role requiring phone activity and accuracy under tight deadlines. The position emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and external financial institutions, using multiple systems and MS Office.

The Asset Transfer Services (ATS) Department balances incoming and outgoing transfer requests for Schwab clients. ATS strives to lead the industry by crafting the best transfer experience for our clients, internal business partners, and contra/brokerage firms.
What you’ll do:
The Operational Associates in ATS perform a variety of functions and services for our Schwab Advisor Services and Investor Services client groups. This includes but is not limited to processing transfer paperwork, reviewing assets for acceptability to transfer, communicating directly with clients, business partners, and other financial institutions. This is a client-facing role that will include being on the phones.The types of transfers processed range from Incoming ACAT’s, DRS, Foreign, Outbound, Non-ACAT’s and/or Mutual Funds.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
